Everything you love about Mat Pilates but make it HOT.

 

This is for anyone who is down to get sweaty. Our studio is heated to 35 degrees, turning up the intensity and taking your workout to the next level. The list of benefits you get from

HOT Pilates is LONG but to name a few, expect increased flexibility, a full-body detox, more calories burned, improved circulation, a faster metabolism, and stress melted away.

 

P.S. make sure to bring a towel for this one!

This one is for everyone!

Get ready for a fun, challenging, and totally achievable workout using our favourite Pilates props, the ball, the beam, ankle weights and dumbbells.

 

Expect a full body workout designed to improve strength, endurance, balance, coordination and mind to muscle connection. Whether you want to level up or dial it back, we've got layers and progressions to meet you where you're at. Everyone's welcome, and every move is designed to get you one step closer to achieving your goals.

MUMS AND BUBS 

MUMS AND BUBS is our baby friendly, non-heated Pilates class (no babysitter needed!). Expect a full body workout designed to support postnatal recovery, build strength from the inside out, and connect with mums in the same season of life. Think sweat, support, and a whole lot of love
